This Hope VI Project is a four-story, mixed-use building in Cincinnati’s OTR neighborhood. The 60,000 SF building features 54 one-bedroom senior apartments with attached underground parking for 54 cars. The first floor contains retail lease space for the convenience of resident seniors as well as the neighborhood. Both the physical design and the social programs were designed to address the needs of low-to-moderate income senior citizens. Click on images below to view project.
